Mawel Educational Development is a public company established under Palestinian Companies Law, registered under number (562194928) with the Ministry of Economy, and headquartered in Kafr Haris / Salfit.
The company includes a group of educational competencies to implement its developmental activities and services, and seeks to establish local and global specialized partnerships to achieve its vision and goals.

Ali Shaqour
Brief Overview
Ali Zuhdi Shaqour, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Educational Sciences in the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences, and former Lecturer of Educational Technology at An-Najah National University / Palestine. He has worked in education for approximately thirty-seven years, during which he served as Head of the Education Department and Coordinator of the Doctorate Program in Learning and Teaching at An-Najah National University. He also worked as Director of the Education Department at the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) with the rank of Senior Advisor during the years 2015 and 2016. He holds a Master's degree in the Use of Computers in Education from the University of Glasgow and a PhD in Educational Technology from the University of Exeter in the UK. He has participated as a member of the scientific committees of numerous Arab and international conferences in the field of education, and also as a member of the scientific committees of many educational journals. He has supervised the design and implementation of numerous educational projects in Palestine funded by international entities, in addition to designing and implementing a set of training and development courses for school teachers and university faculty members in Palestinian universities. Among these projects are the establishment of the Educational Technology Center (a joint project between An-Najah National University and Palestine Technical University / 2010) and the Digital Microteaching Laboratory Project at An-Najah National University. Among Dr. Shaqour's interests are training and developing teachers’ professional competencies, as well as reviewing and updating teacher preparation and qualification programs, in addition to his interests in the fields of e-learning and integrating technological innovations in education. Dr. Shaqour is currently the Director of Mo’el for Educational Development, which he founded in October 2024.
